A Subject to change without prior notice 6 March 2021 Vacuum technique In order for vacuum systems to provide reliably stable suction performances, the pipe connections must guarantee long-term tightness even at high vacuum. Depending on the medium, LINNEMANN offers the required stainless steel, aluminium or glass components in accordance with standards DIN 28403 ISO 2861 for the KF small flange connections and DIN 28404 ISO 1609 for ISO-K clamping flange connections. Required flexible connections can be supplemented from the hose program. LINNEMANN offers metal hoses as well as hoses with support spirals, which are assembled appropriately and can therefore be integrated safely. Where disc or ball valves are required for control or for extraction, for example, various systems are available. The mechanically operating vacuum gauges can be used as robust, corrosion-resistant vacuum gauges. KF Small flange pipe connections DIN 28403 + ISO 2861 made of aluminium and stainless steel The KF small flange pipe connections are used especially in the highvacuum technology. They are also suited for gaseous and liquid media. Preferential fields of application are research institutes, laboratories, semiconductor industry, medical technology, measuring and control technology, laser and nuclear technology. The KF small flange connections from LINNEMANN made both of stainless steel and aluminium as well as glass comply with the Din standard 28403 and the ISO standard 2861. Small flange connections are used especially for vacuum technology applications. In assembly, the KF centring ring made of stainless steel, aluminium or PTFE materials is arranged together with a fixed KF O-ring between the two KF flanges, either by a KF inner centring ring on the inside of the flange or by a KF outer centring ring on the outside of the flange. The KF pipe connection system also includes the following vacuum-tested parts: • KF angle and KF bend • KF T-pieces and KF cross-pieces • KF intermediate pieces, KF adapter pieces and KF reducing pieces • KF blind flanges, KF valves, KF fittings For connecting KF flanges, in nominal sizes DN10 to DN50, special KF clamping rings or vacuum clamping rings are available for many individual application conditions such as overpressure up to 1.5 bar: • KF Clamping ring FL-Compact with sheet metal shell of stainless steel • KF Clamping ring FL-Spezial with sheet metal shell of stainless steel • KF Clamping ring FL-Optimal AS with die-cast half shells of aluminium • KF Clamping ring FL-Optimal AE with die-cast half shells of aluminium • KF Clamping ring FL-Optimal EE with die-cast half shells of stainless steel

A Subject to change without prior notice 7 March 2021 Vacuum technique • KF Clamping ring FL-Optimal KE with half shells of plastic for flanges of glass • KF Clamping ring FL-Record with die-cast half shells of aluminium There are also many parts such as flexible KF hoses or KF spring bodies which are used, for example, to dampen vibrations on pumps. In addition, tubular spring vacuum meters can be used as a reliable indicator. KF sleeve grinds and KF core grinds are available for laboratory applications. KF Small flange pipe connections DIN 28403 + ISO 2861 made of glass KF small flange connections made of glass can be easily cleaned because of its smooth surface and therefore they are good for use in applications requiring high standards of purity. Blind flanges can also be used as sight glasses. This makes it possible to perform measurements with IR, UV or visible light. Therefore, small flanges made of glass are often used in chemical and physical laboratories. They are also used for high-frequency and microwave supported applications. KF components made of glass can also be used for electric isolation. In assembly, the plastic inner, outer or adapter centring rings are arranged with the O-ring between the two flanges so that the flanges are coaxially centred. Then the clamping ring which is also made of plastic is placed around the flanges and closed until the end faces of the flanges are touching the centring ring. In case of vibration, make sure that spring bodies are used for uncoupling. ISO-K Clamping flange pipe connections DIN 28404 + ISO 1609 The ISO-K clamping flange pipe connections are used especially in the high-vacuum technology. They are also suited for gaseous and liquid media. Preferential fields of application are research institutes, laboratories, semiconductor industry, laser and nuclear technology. ISO-K clamping flanges are installed mainly in high vacuum systems with nominal size from DN63 to DN 250 and sometimes up to DN630. For the connection, the ISO-K inner centring ring is positioned with the ISO-K O-ring and the ISO-K outer support ring between the two clamping flanges. The clamping flanges and the inner centring ring are therefore coaxially force-centred. The connection is screwed with at least 4 ISO-K clamping screws. ISO-K clamping flange connections are offered at LINNEMANN in nominal size range DN63 to DN630. The corresponding ISO-K parts are available in addition to the clamping flanges for plant constructions. • ISO-K Angles • ISO-K Bends • ISO-K Adapter • ISO-K Cross pieces • ISO-K T-pieces • ISO-K Reducing pieces For connecting ISO-K f langes, either ISO-K clamping screws or ISO-K claws are used with which connection can be screwed to a base plate etc. ISO-K / KF adapter pieces are available for adaption of KF flanges. The termination can be made with ISO-K blind flanges and ISO-K sight glasses can be used for process inspection. Vibrations are absorbed by the ISO-K spring bodies, flexible connections are achieved with ISO-K metal hoses. ISO-K fittings are available in different versions: • ISO-K Bellow seals angle valves • ISO-K Butterfly valves • ISO-K Ball valves ES

A Subject to change without prior notice 8 March 2021 Food technique Since the company was founded, LINNEMANN has placed special value on plant construction with parts that are easy to clean for the food industry. Because special requirements are placed on components that are used in the field of food production, e.g.: the seals used are tested for compliance with the FDA regulations. Corresponding declarations of conformity ensure safety for users. Originally developed for the dairy industry, pipe screwed connections in accordance with DIN 11851 have since become standard in many areas of the food industry as well as the beverages and brewing industry. Clamp connections according to DIN 32676 for the food sector are also offered. The required pipes are manufactured according to DIN EN 10357 (formerly DIN 11850), and butt weld fittings according to DIN 11852. LINNEMANN stocks a comprehensive range of sizes in DIN, ASME and ISO dimensions, from DN1/4“ up to DN300, in order to connect to pipe diameters that are often different within plants. Clamp pipe connections DIN 32676, flange Ø 25 The clamp pipe connections with flange Ø 25 mm are TÜV certified and proved in Europe and Overseas since many years and are used especially with laboratory and production lines for liquid media. Preferential fields of application are research institutes, laboratories, bio-engineering, medical technology, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical industry. MINI-clamp connection: Clamp connections DIN-Norm 32676 with flange diameters 25 mm as well as 34 to 319 mm are used in plants in which liquid media or fine-grained bulk materials are processed. The mini-flanges are used especially in test systems in research areas and the larger flange diameters from Ø 25 mm are normal in industrial production processes. Typical fields are the food and beverage industry as well as dairies, breweries, wineries or in fruit juice production. The clamp connections are also used in water treatment plants and bulk materials systems in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and in biotechnology. The gasket is inserted into the groove of a clamping ferrule in assembly. DIN, ISO and ASME clamping ferrules are available for this. The second clamping ferrule is placed against it and is therefore coaxially force-centred together with the gasket. The connection is positively locked with the clamping ring. If safety closures are required because of high pressure, protected clamps are available optionally.

A Subject to change without prior notice 9 March 2021 Food technique Different clamping pieces/clamp connection components are available for installing the systems: • Clamp bends • Clamp Intermediate pieces • Clamp Cross piece • Clamp Reducing pieces • Clamp Butterfly valves • Clamp Ball valves • Clamp Blind flanges • Clamp Hoze nozzle Clamp pipe connections DIN 32676, flange Ø 34 – 319 The clamp pipe connections proved in Europe and Overseas since many years can be used especially for liquid media for example milk, beer, wine, fruit juices and the like. Different clamping pieces/clamp connection components are available for installing the systems: • Clamp bends • Clamp Intermediate pieces • Clamp Cross piece • Clamp Reducing pieces • Clamp Butterfly valves • Clamp Ball valves • Clamp Blind flanges • Clamp Hoze nozzle Screwed pipe connections DIN 11851 + SMS The screwed pipe connections are used especially with process facilities for liquid media. Preferential fields of application are the food, and beverage industry. Standard DIN 11851 describes a pipe screw connection which is also referred to colloquially as "milk pipe screw connection". The coarse or rounded thread edges make the connection easy to clean so that it has established itself almost as a standard in the food industry. It is used in filling plants, feeding systems or also transport systems with applied pressures up to 40 bar, preferably together with welded fittings according to DIN11852 and pipes according to DIN 11850. Throttle valves, butterfly valves or Y-type valves are required for control. Safety components such as non-return valves or overflow valves are also required. Compensators relieve the load in case of sudden changes in pressure, vibrations or drops in temperature or special threaded hose nozzles are defined for brewery systems: e.g. threaded hose ferrule beer or conical hose ferrule bier. LINNEMANN GmbH supplies various other fittings of stainless steel in accordance with DIN 11851 as well as SMS 1145. • Screw-on ferrules • Blind cones • Blind nuts • Blind ferrules • Screw-in ferrules • Male threaded inside • Conical screw-on ferrules • Conical screw-in ferrules • Sight glasses • Cylinder sight glasses • Threaded hose ferrules • Reversible bends In the assembly of the pipe screw connections which are available in nominal sizes DN 10 to DN 200 or inch dimensions 1“ to 4“, first a D-sealing ring or a D-sealing ring with collar is inserted into the groove of the threaded ferrule and is therefore held their independently. Gaskets are available with FDA conformity certification made of material types NBR, EPDM, VMQ, FKM and PTFE as well as coated PTFE. In the further pipe connection assembly, the conical ferrule is placed against the gasket, the slotted nut is pushed over the conical ferrule and screwed onto the threaded ferrule. The ferrules interlock and are therefore coaxially force-centred so that there is a tight connection.

A Subject to change without prior notice 10 March 2021 Food technique Fittings for welding DIN 11852 The fittings for welding are used with process engineering facilities for gaseous and liquid media as well as for bulk goods. The beverage pipes have bare metal surfaces but can also be supplied with electroplated surfaces which have a lower Ra surface roughness. The LINNEMANN GmbH program offers stainless steel welded fittings with different diameters and wall thicknesses for installing process plants: • Welding bends • Y-bends • T-pieces • T-bends • Cross pieces • Reducing pieces • Hose nozzles • Bells • Sheet metal circular blanks • Compensators • Bottems convex

A Subject to change without prior notice 11 March 2021 LINNEMANN pipe connections meet the strict requirements of DIN 11853 and DIN 11864 This allows their use under sterile conditions in pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities. Depending on the flange type, LINNEMANN offers aseptic pipe screw connections according to DIN 11853-1 and DIN 11864-1, aseptic flange connections according to DIN 11853-2 and DIN 11864-2 as well as aseptic clamp connections according to DIN 11853-3 and DIN 11864-3. Matching hoses are also available according to DIN 11866 and weld fittings according to DIN 11865. Screwed pipe connections DIN 11864-1 + DIN 11853-1 The aseptic and the hygienic screwed pipe connections are compatible and differ only in the axial length. They are used with process facilities for liquid media with high purity requirements. Preferential fields of application are bio-engineering, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industry. Sterile pipe screw connections are available either as aseptic pipe screw connections according to DIN 11864-1 or as hygiene pipe screw connections according to DIN 11853-1. They are used mainly with liquid media in process plants with high hygiene demands. Processing in bio and sterile technology as well as in the pharmaceutical industry and cosmetic industry and in the food industry and chemical industry demands aseptic processes or the hygienic conditioning of the mainly liquid media. Coaxial forced-centring of collared ferrule and threaded ferrule takes place in the assembly of the pipe screw connections DIN 11864-1 and DIN 11853-1. The slotted nut is pushed over the collared ferrule and screwed onto the threaded ferrule until the end faces are touching. In this way, the O-ring held independently in the collared ferrule is deformed such that an almost dead space-free flange connection is established. The pipe screw connections can be delivered with material surface Ra inside <0.8µm and Ra outside <1.6 µm, corresponding to H3. Also surfaces H4 and H5. The O-rings are delivered in materials EPDM, VMQ, FKM, EPDM and FKM USP Class VI as well as PTFE-FKM-seamless coated and FDA-conform. The standard DIN 11864-1 is part of the three-part standard series DIN 11864 and applies for aseptic pipe screw connections. The standard defines O-rings and pipe connection ferrules in lengths with normal version for butt welding to pipes in accordance with DIN 11866. The standard is intended for application to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Previous application also to the short versions of the flange lengths has since been replaced by definitions in the additional standard DIN 11853-1. Sterile technique

A Subject to change without prior notice 12 March 2021 Sterile technique The standard DIN 11853-1 was compiled based on the recommendations of the EHEDG "European Hygienic Equipment Design Group" and applies for hygiene pipe screw connections with O-ring, short version for butt welding to pipes with dimensions according to DIN 11866 and DIN 11850, series 2. The hygiene pipe screw connections are designed for the following permissible pressures: - pipe outer diameters of 12.7 mm to 41.0 mm: 4.0 MPa (40 bar); - pipe outer diameters of 42.4 mm to 104.0 mm: 2.5 MPa (25 bar). These pressures in MPa (bar) can be applied when using suitable gasket materials from -10 °C to +140 °C. Aseptic and hygienic flange pipe connections DIN 11864-2 + DIN 11853-2 The aseptic and the hygienic flange pipe connections are compatible and differ only in the axial length. They are used with process facilities for liquid media with high purity requirements. Preferential fields of application are bio-engineering, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industry. Aseptic and hygiene flange connections are used in process plants with high hygiene demands. Mainly in biotechnology, the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage industries. In the assembly of this pipe connection system, screws are pushed through the holes at the edges of the flanges First the O-ring is inserted in the grooved flange where it is held independently. The collared flange is placed against it so that the two flanges interlock. The flanges are tightened evenly with screws until the end faces are touching smoothly. The O-ring is deformed to produce a smooth and almost dead space-free passage. The flange connection is also suitable for hygienic applications for processes according to CIP, DIP, SIP and WIP as well fulfilling the regulations, e.g. according to EHEDG and GMP. Aseptic and hygienic clamp pipe connections DIN 11864-3 + DIN 11853-3 The aseptic and the hygienic clamp pipe connections are compatible and differ only in the axial length. They are used with process facilities for liquid media with high purity requirements. Preferential fields of application are bio-engineering, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and beverage industry. Aseptic and hygiene clamp connections are used in process plants with high hygiene demands. Mainly in biotechnology, the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage industries. In the assembly of this pipe connection system, stable clamping rings made of die-cast half shells are placed around the flanges. A certificate based on the TUEV parts tests regarding pressure load capacity is also available for the "FLStabil" clamping rings. Either wing nuts or hexagonal nuts are available as a clamping ring closure. The O-ring inserted previously in the grooved clamping ferrule is held independently in the groove. The collared clamping ferrule is placed against it so that the two flanges interlock. The clamp connection is therefore force-centred and a clamp is closed around the flanges. The end faces are then touching smoothly and the O-ring is deformed so that a smooth, dead space-free passage is produced. Aseptic fittings for orbital welding DIN 11865 The aseptic fittings for orbital welding are used especially with process facilities for liquid media with high aseptic requirements. Preferential fields of application are bio-engineering, cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and semiconductor industry. The welded fittings according to DIN 11865 are aseptic mouldings and connections for welding to aseptic flanges as well as hygiene flanges. The reducing pieces, bends and T-pieces are made of stainless steel and are designed for orbital welding. The reducing pieces are turned from forgings or steel bars, whilst the bends and T-pieces are made from tubes in accordance with DIN 11866. The tube ends are calibrated, angled, flat, sharp-edged and burr-free. The surface roughness is offered as a standard in H2. Hygiene classes H3, H4 and H5 are also available. Therefore the following surface qualities of the pipe inside surface are possible: Hygiene classes H2 H3 H4 H5 Inner surface Ra < 0,8 µm Ra < 0,8 µm Ra < 0,4 µm Ra < 0,25 µm Inner welding seam Ra < 1,6 µm Ra < 0,8 µm Ra < 0,4 µm Ra < 0,25 µm

A Subject to change without prior notice 13 March 2021 Chemical technique For the field of chemical technology, LINNEMANN offers standardised f langes according to DIN EN 1092-1 and ASME B16.5. Furthermore, LINNEMANN has also designed the FLW connection with quick release clamping rings especially for large pipe dimensions from DN300. Another development is the FLY pipe connection in which the seal is located in a rectangular groove where it is protected from the medium. The LINNEMANN GmbH chemical technology product is rounded off by weld fittings according to DIN EN 10253-3, threaded fitting pursuant to DIN EN 10241 and pipes according to ISO 1127. FLY Clamp pipe connections The FLY clamp pipe connections were developed by LINNEMANN, are TÜV certified and versatile. They can be used both for gaseous and for liquid media as well as for bulk goods and with high-vacuum processes. Preferential fields of application are chemical, semiconductor, plastic, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industry FLY clamp connections were especially developed by Linnemann to make secure connections in process plants in the chemical industry, the semiconductor, plastic, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry as well as in the food and beverages industry. Equally in a high vacuum or at overpressure. The almost return-free or dead space-free construction enables (allows) it to be used in the high vacuum and in the overpressure or high pressure range with media such as gases, liquids and also bulk materials. The fast connection principle of the FLY clamping ring connections is equally fast and safe. The sealing ring inserted into the groove of a flange is held independently. The stainless steel flange placed against it is therefore force-centred. When the clamps are closed, the flanges are closed so that the end faces are touching smoothly. The D-sealing ring is deformed so that an equally high vacuum-tight and pressure-tight, resistant flange connection is produced. The program comprises: • Clamping rings TÜV type tested • Gaskets FDA conform and peroxid cross linked of PTFE-FKM, NBR, EPDM, VMQ, FKM, • Flages • Blind flanges • Imidiate pieces • Bends • T-pieces • Butterfly valves and ball valves

A Subject to change without prior notice 14 March 2021 Chemical technique FLW Clamp pipe connections (custom products) The FLW clamp pipe connections were developed by LINNEMANN and can be used both for liquid and gaseous media as well as for bulk goods. Preferential fields of application are chemical, plastic, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industry. The assembly of pipes with large pipe dimensions in plant construction requires special pipe connections. Special designs are expensive. LINNEMANN GmbH in Tübingen therefore offers the FLW pipe connection system. With diameters of 300 mm upwards, rigid or flexible pipes or hoses can be assembled quickly and tightly and separated again if necessary, e.g. for maintenance or cleaning purposes. Tongue and groove flanges of stainless steel or other materials, appropriate O-rings – also FDA-conform – and clamps form a secure connection at vacuum and overpressure from - 30 °C to + 200 °C. Blind covers are available for terminations. A special feature of this system is the wide range of clamping rings with two-part or multi-part clamp segments. Safety locks prevent accidental release. An optional, additional, flexible clamping possibility in the area of the joint ensures optimum distribution of the connecting force. The FLW clamp connections are used with abrasive bulk materials or also gases. Typical media are grain in mills, chips in fodder plants, pellets in the plastic industry, mixing components in the production of fertilizers but also fresh air and exhaust air in painting plants and in clean room technology. The LINNEMANN GmbH delivery scope includes special designs: • Flanges with welded end for pipe inside dimensions Ø 200 – 800 mm • Flange welded end with wall thickness greater than 2 mm • Gaskets in the materials NBR, EPDM, VMQ or on request • clamping band-clamping rings with clamp segment parts and closure and optionally with swing bolt joint The desired clamping ring type is produced according to the flange dimension specification according to customer inquiry and the setting possibilities of the clamping band required by the customer. Welding neck flanges EN 1092-1 + ASME The flange connections can be used for gaseous and liquids as well as for bulk goods. Preferential fields of application are chemical, foodstuff, beverage, plastic, concrete, mining industries and power plants. Pre-welded flanges represent a very stable, releasable screwed flange connection for pipes which is used for pressure levels from ND 6 to ND 40 or 150 to 600 lbs. They are therefore used commonly in process plants in the chemical, plastic, cement, mining and power station industries. But they are also used in the food and beverages industry. In the assembly of the pre-welded flanges, the gasket is positioned between the end faces so that they do not directly touch. Bolts are pushed through the holes in the flanges and locked with nuts. This results in very pressure-resistant and tight hole flange connections. The LINNEMANN GmbH delivery scope includes flanges, blind flanges and sight glasses of the following DIN standards: • DIN 2527 • DIN 2631 • DIN 2632 • DIN 2633 • DIN 2633 • DIN 2634 • DIN 2635 Flanges according to EN 1092-1 or ASME B 16.5 are also offered. DIN and EN flanges are available in sizes DN10 to DN500 or ASME flanges in nominal sizes DN1/2“ to DN12“. A Subject to change without prior notice 16 March 2021 Bulk materials technique In the field of bulk material technology, the LINNEMANN GmbH program contains specially designed, pneumatically operated pinch valves. These are available with a variety of different process connections. The very practical ring grip pipe couplings, which enable easy and safe pipe couplings without the need to weld flanges, are also available for this field of application. The large-radius arcs and other fittings that are required for bulk handling complete the product range. Tube couplings and fittings The Tube couplings are used especially for conveying systems and production lines with which various bulk goods as grain, flour, granule, powder, dust etc. can be conveyed pneumatically with low pressure or overpressure. Preferential fields of application are the chemical-, pharmaceutical-, plastic-, and food industry. In conveyor systems and production plants which transport bulk materials pneumatically with vacuum pressure and overpressure, metal locking clips with screws are pushed over as sleeves to connect burr-free pipe ends. This is especially the case in the chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic and food industry where grain, flour, pellets, powder or dust are conveyed. For pipe outer diameters from DN34 to DN280 LINNEMANN GmbH offers pipe couplings in lightweight and heavy versions either of galvanised steel or stainless steel. To protect them against pressure surges, the heavy pipe couplings can be reinforced with a locking clip which can be ordered as an accessory. The prerequisite for a tight connection is that the outer diameter of the pipes to be connected corresponds to the inner diameters of the pipe coupling. The pipe ends are pushed against each other in the connection so that they are positioned in the middle of the pipe couplings. Before a coupling can be closed by tightening the screws of the clamping rail in assembly, the teeth of the adapter sleeve and the gasket must be offset. The following fittings are offered in addition to the pipe couplings: • Pipe bends with large radius • Branch pieces • T-pieces Pinch valves (PV) The pinch valves can be used for gaseous, liquid, and pasty media as well as for bulk goods, e.g. milk, beer wine, fruitjuice, chocolate, nuts, pulse, mash, feed stuff, varnish, pastes, pills, mud, waste water, dust, ashes, flour, sugar, bran, powder, chips, grain, fertilizer, sand, gravel, concrete and the like. Preferential fields of application are food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, plastic, wood, concrete, and mining industry, purification and power plants.

A Subject to change without prior notice 17 March 2021 Bulk materials technique The area of application of pinch valves covers a large number of branches. Pinch valves control the flow of milk, beer, wine, fruit juices, fodders, pastes, tablets, sludge, waste water and many other media. The area of application covers the food and beverages industry as well as the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry accordingly. Pinch valves from LINNEMANN are also used in mining, in sewage plants and in power stations. Pinch valves are closed by compressed air. The compressed air let into the control pressure chamber presses together the hose sleeve until the valve passage is completely closed. The recoil force of the hose sleeve opens the valve when the pressure drops. This process is supported by the operating pressure of the medium. The sleeves can be delivered FDAconform depending on the application. For the pinch sleeves, LINNEMANN GmbH offers a selection list for all available sleeve materials with regard to their material properties such as media suitability, wear resistance and temperature resistance in the online catalog and as a PDF download. The delivery scope includes: • Pinch valves with welded pipe end • Pinch valves with threaded pipe end • Pinch valves fully assembled with ferrules according to: • DIN 32676 • DIN 11864-1 • DIN 11864-2 • DIN 11864-3 • DIN 11851 • DIN 2632 • Pinch valves with clamp ferrule • Pinch valves with FLY flange DIN • Pinch valves with hygienic threaded ferrule DIN 11853-1 • Pinch valves with hygienic flange with notch DIN 11853-2 • Pinch valves with hygienic clamp ferrules with notch DIN 11853-3 • Pinch valves with threaded ferrules DIN 11851 • Pinch valves with tube • Pinch valves with thread DIN 228 • Pinch valves with flange DIN 2632 • Replacement hose sleeves with inner hose cover
